Skanky Tramps
I'm so tired of my frenemies trying to screw guys they know I'm screwing or they think I am going to screw. Why can't these skanks find their own men? Are they too fat or too ugly to do it? Is that why they try to screw my guys, just so they can "show me" that they can have what I want? This has happened to me 3 times and now another tramp is trying to hookup with a guy that I have been screwing. He said she isn't his type, but let's face it, whenever a woman offers pussy to a guy, very few will not jump at the offer! I'm sick and tired of these sluts! Thus far, those are all the conversations we have had. It should be noted that the number he gave me is still not working. Whenever I call the number, I get a busy signal. It's also pretty obvious from his lack or proper english, that he's not American. Also, when we chatted last night, he said he was in Africa (which he said was a 13 hr flight) and it was 340am when we chatted. I'm pretty sure anyone who flew 13 hrs, would be too exhausted to chat online. It should also be noted that this individual has a pic of a white male on his profile. Thus far, those are all the conversations we have had. It should be noted that the number he gave me is still not working. Whenever I call the number, I get a busy signal. It's also pretty obvious from his lack or proper english, that he's not American. Also, when we chatted last night, he said he was in Africa (which he said was a 13 hr flight) and it was 340am when we chatted. I'm pretty sure anyone who flew 13 hrs, would be too exhausted to chat online. It should also be noted that this individual has a pic of a white male on his profile. I will post more conversations as we have them.

Another (Black) Witch Hunt!
Well, they're at it again! My supervisor called me today in reference to two "incidents" that happened in the last two nights.
In the first "incident," I contacted my boss (at 330am) to notify him of what happened and, in my aggrivation, I misspoke and asked him what he wanted us to do with the situation. The min I said it, I knew he was going to use that question against me, but there was no way to take it back. I had already told my shift what we were going to do, so I didn't need him to tell me what to do. However, I knew that one question, "What you want us to do?" was going to give him more ammo against me. He told me to do the exact thing that I had told my shift we were going to do, but I had been waiting for the hammer to drop because of what I said. He's always said if we have a question, to ask it, but what's the point of asking if it's going to be used as ammo against you?
In the second "incident," my supervisor said a complaint was filed against me, because I saw something happening and did not act on it. I told my supervisor what I remember seeing and I told him that there is video showing the situation and to pull the video. He contacted our computer guy and they were going to pull the vid to see if it showed what the complainant said happend or what I said I saw. I let my supervisor know that if the vid showed what I said I saw, I was going to go and file a complaint against the person that filed a complaint against me. I am now up waiting (at 1020 am, after getting off from a 12 hr shift at 6am) waiting to hear what they observed on the video.
Since my boss has returned (he was my boss several yrs ago, but left for greener pastures that he couldn't handle, so now he's back), he has been on a witch hunt for me. Our first go-round, he did not want me promoted to the supervisory position I am in, but the final decision wasn't his. He has tried and tried to get ammo against me to prove that I'm not "supervisory material." Everything that he has pointed out, I have countered, but he views that as "making excuses" and "not taking responsibility." He says he wants to know why we do things, yet when we try to explain, he doesn't want to hear our explinations. When he was gone, our department was running very smoothly. Since he's been back, we have had 6 people (all minorities) quit! One quit in lew of being fired, but the other 5 quit because of unfair treatment. Since he's been there, no white people have quit. He's one of those bosses that do unfair things, but you can't exactly gather evidence about it. There have been a few instances where I have known of incidents that occurred and were handled differently for different workers, but overall, you can't quite put your finger on the unfair treatment. He's also on a witch hunt for my supervisor, who's also black. I am totally against "playing the race card," but when it's obvious, it's obvious!
This new year, I have been doing great at thinking positive and staying upbeat, but it seems this man is trying his hardest to bring down my positive attitude. When I screw up, I don't like to admit it, but I do, if my way was totally wrong. However, if I do something and the outcome is the same (and it's totally legal), I don't see a problem with doing things a different way.
Well, I guess I've vented enough for now. I'll probably post another blog once I know what's the next step he's gonna take. I'm starting to think I need to find a good attorney that isn't affraid of my "company" and is willing to take a look at how things are going and what I should do. I guess I'm being stubborn because I can leave and go into another profession, but I have a feeling his only goal is to do two things. Get rid of me and my supervisor, and I don't want him thinking he's running me off! So, until I decide what I wanna do, I'll watch my back, play his game and meditate so I don't explode!!!

This new year, I have been doing great at thinking positive and staying upbeat, but it seems this man is trying his hardest to bring down my positive attitude. When I screw up, I don't like to admit it, but I do, if my way was totally wrong. However, if I do something and the outcome is the same (and it's totally legal), I don't see a problem with doing things a different way.
Well, I guess I've vented enough for now. I'll probably post another blog once I know what's the next step he's gonna take. I'm starting to think I need to find a good attorney that isn't affraid of my "company" and is willing to take a look at how things are going and what I should do. I guess I'm being stubborn because I can leave and go into another profession, but I have a feeling his only goal is to do two things. Get rid of me and my supervisor, and I don't want him thinking he's running me off! So, until I decide what I wanna do, I'll watch my back, play his game and meditate so I don't explode!!!
There goes my relaxing weekend off!

Nothing New
Well, things at work have been going ok. Had a couple of days where I wasn't bitched at, so I guess all is good there. I won't be seeing "the bosses" for a couple of weeks and hopefully they won't call me with any bullshit.
Other then that, I haven't been up to much. Went hang out with some friends Saturday night and although I had a couple of friends stop by to visit me, I didn't get laid. I think (I KNOW) I need to get rid of some sexual tension, before I explode on someone, lol.
Anyway, that's all that's up. Hope everyone is having a Wonderful October!

AGAIN!
Well, I started day shift today and the shit started again. I got called in for doing something that I have been doing (without being reprimanded) for over 3 yrs. It doesn't violate policy, but it doesn't go with the policy either. So today, our new boss bitched me out for doing it. I'M SO SICK OF THIS SHIT! I was at the point where I was about to walk out while he was bitching me out, but I sat there and looked him straight in the face. I'm sure tomorrow will be more shit, but I'm not gonna stress about it. I been so mad today that I cried (I cry when I'm REALLY pissed) and ended up with a horrible migraine that I have yet to get rid of. I refuse to let that place or those people get to me to the point that I'm feeling ill. IT WON'T HAPPEN! They want to follow the policy, I'll follow the policy to a "T." We'll see how much they like that!

Waiting
Well, since I last blogged, nothing "bad" has happened at home or at work (unless you consider Mother Nature as a bad thing, lol). I go to the day shift tomorrow, so I'll see how things go. I'm trying not to hold a grudge, but sometimes it's a lil hard. I hate being bitched at for stuff that everyone does all the time! Oh well, that's life. I guess until I win the lottery, I'll have to deal with the assholes!

Well, nothing special happened today. I brought my mom to the grocery store, so she's happy and my boss didn't call me, so I'm happy. I hate this feeling, it's like I'm just waiting for the hammer to come down on me. I'm just gonna try to relax a bit and wait and see what happens next. I really need a vacation where I can get rid of all my stress!
